2t vanilla extract
- Bring the milk to boil slowly
- add the sugar and the butter
- Heat slowly until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts
- Bring to boil, cover, then boil for 2 minutes
- Uncover and continue to boil steadily, stirring occasionally, for 10 – 15 minuntes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla
- Beat the fudge until it loses its gloss
- transfer the mixture to a square baking tin
- Leave it to cool for about 5 minutes
- cut it into squares.
