Fudge Recipe

300ml milk

600g sugar
120g butter

2t vanilla extract

  • Bring the milk to boil slowly
  • add the sugar and the butter
  • Heat slowly until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts
  • Bring to boil, cover, then boil for 2 minutes
  • Uncover and continue to boil steadily, stirring occasionally, for 10 – 15 minuntes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla
  • Beat the fudge until it loses its gloss
  • transfer the mixture to a square baking tin
  • Leave it to cool for about 5 minutes
  • cut it into squares.
